• Structure South African equity funding – shareholder loans, preference shares and BEE ownership
• Model Section 12B/12BA accelerated tax allowances and P50/P90/P99 generation profiles
• Break model circularities with Excel VBA and stress-test scenarios the way lenders and investors will
