The aim of the course is to introduce those attending to legal concepts\, institutional arrangements and waste management principles. \nThe programme provides comprehensive coverage of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act\, 2008 and subordinate legislation\, international conventions and other legislation applicable to the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
